What is the Genesis Collegiate Showcase?

The Genesis Invitational Collegiate Showcase offers collegiate golfers a chance to earn a spot in the Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR and DP World Tour co-sanctioned event. In addition to individual competition, universities have the opportunity to win a $50,000 donation to support their golf program.

Participating golfers also get the experience of playing at Torrey Pines during a PGA TOUR Signature Event, making this a highly coveted opportunity.

  • Torrey Pines has hosted the PGA TOUR’s San Diego event since 1968 and was the site of the 2008 and 2021 U.S. Opens.
  • Known for its breathtaking coastal views and challenging layout, Torrey Pines is sure to provide an exciting setting for the Collegiate Showcase.
