LOS ANGELES — A woman suspected of carjacking surrendered to authorities late Monday evening following a high-speed chase along Los Angeles freeways, which saw speeds reach up to 100 mph.
The pursuit began with LAPD officers before the California Highway Patrol (CHP) took over as the chase continued along the 105 and 405 Freeways, with SkyCal capturing the intense pursuit from overhead.
