The crime occurred on Thursday, December 19, just before 9:30 p.m., at 41-19 Haight Street in Queens, New York. According to police reports, the suspects entered the location, held several people at gunpoint, and stole multiple pounds of marijuana.

During the robbery, gunfire erupted. A 37-year-old man, Yun Li, was shot in the head, and a 42-year-old man was shot in the cheek. Both victims were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Li was pronounced dead, while the second victim survived and was listed in stable condition.

Suspects’ Getaway and Vehicle Information

The three suspects managed to flee the scene in two vehicles:

  • A black-colored Dodge Durango
  • A gray-colored Nissan Pathfinder
