CHARLOTTE, NC — Following a historic 2024 season that saw the Wake Forest Demon Deacons reach their first-ever National Championship match, 13 players from the women’s soccer team have been named to the All-ACC Academic Team, the conference announced Wednesday.

Key Highlights:
- 12 of the 13 players were also named to the All-ACC Academic Team last season.
- Senior Emily Colton earned All-ACC Academic honors in all four seasons of her collegiate career.
- Second-most selections in program history, only behind 20 honorees last season.
All-ACC Academic Requirements:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA for the previous semester.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA throughout their academic career.
- Participation in at least 50% of team contests.
