Coach Tom Walter’s Thoughts

“I’m really pleased with our offense. We had quality at-bats all weekend and scored a lot of runs with two outs, which is huge. Our bullpen was solid all weekend, and we feel great about our position players. We need to answer some questions with starting pitching, but I like where we are right now.”

“Last year we swept Opening Weekend but then lost at UNCG, so I told the guys we need to be ready for Tuesday.”
